LAST STAGE

For an exceptional show at 'La Locomotive' ( Big Club in Paris ),The Bobbie Clark Noise like for Vince LP, upgraded with two musicians, Ivan Jullien (trumpet) and Bob Garcia (saxophone). Bad luck would have it that several days before the concert , Vince went to London for a gig where he met : Bob Dylan and Nico, and a few other people also for the 'Acid Rock' scene, the mixture of acid, amphetamines, alcohol was fatal to his fragile mind. We also found amazingly that Stash as a 'loyal and trustworthy friend' knew an awfull lot about these drugs and what they were made of, this of course didn't help them but he knew what they risked.

"DAY WHEN VINCE DIED FOR THE FIRST TIME AT LA LOCOMOTIVE".

In front of a full house; on the brink of being a star world known, as he had always whished, Vince flipped. Starting by coming on stage and trying to evangelize the public, he thought he was Matthew, telling at his mystic worries, he preached until the band covered everything he was saying.

The public pretend not to understand thinking that its part of the show. But after 15 minutes and a few dodgy songs, Vince started to wreck the whole stage like the WHO but before their time.

Thinking that they could do something with the suicidal concert at 'La Loco', Barclay published the famous album "VINCE"..... Recorded in february / March in the same year but the release was often postpored.

. From here on in, Vince's life was full of come-backs. The revival of his creation 'Brand New Cadillac' by the band from Birmingham : The Renegades, followed by the Swedish band, : The Shamrocks, who made a hit with it in 66, this didn't change his statue. Vince is reduced to occasional gigs with weathly bands. (see anecdote).
